30% of every trading fee reaches the FeeRouter, which forwards 15% of the fee to the cold treasury and the rest to its payee, a second protocol wallet; the treasury and payee addresses can only change through a 24 hour timelock. Below are those wallets' live balances, read from each chain about once a minute. What has left them is on the receipts tape.
What the treasury owes
$0Referrers earn 10% of the protocol share on the launches they brought, paid by the treasury against the referrals ledger; until a payout is recorded, the whole figure is owed. Fees sent to a handle are not a treasury liability: each handle's vault holds its own, and only that account can move it.
