To claim, @0xzerebro signs in with X and sweeps the vault to any wallet, gas paid by the relayer; a launch that asked for an endorsement is claimable once @0xzerebro has posted about it. Unclaimed fees wait; nothing expires. No gas, no fee, never expires. Once @0xzerebro has been claimed once, its X account id is bound on-chain and only that account can ever claim again. How it works: a launch names the handle's vault as a beneficiary, the same way it would name a wallet. The vault address is derived from the handle (and the platform, X) by the chain's SocialVaultFactory, so it exists before anyone claims and fees can land there at any time. The site only vouches for X identity (Sign in with X, a signature from the payout wallet, then a short-lived signed authorisation); the contract checks that authorisation and sends the funds to that wallet and no other.
